How to Enrich Your Apollo.io Accounts Export with Coherent

Already using Apollo.io to find companies? Great. Now it’s time to go a step further—by enriching that data with Coherent. Whether you're narrowing in on a niche segment or need fresher context before outreach, Coherent helps you go from a basic export to a precision-targeted list in minutes.

Step 1: Export Your Accounts from Apollo

Start by pulling the company data you want to enrich:

  1. Log into Apollo and go to Search > Companies.

  2. Apply filters to define your target audience—use saved companies, a saved search, or a list.

  3. Select one or more accounts using the checkboxes, or use the bulk selection option.

  4. Click Export.

  5. To track progress, head to Settings > Import & Exports > CSV Exports.

  6. Once your file is ready, click Download.

You’ll now have a CSV file with the companies you selected—perfect for enrichment.

Step 2: Import to Coherent

With your Apollo export in hand:

  1. In Coherent, create a new list.

  2. Drag and drop your downloaded CSV into the import box.

  3. Coherent will automatically detect the companies, remove any duplicates, and prep your data for enrichment.

Step 3: Enrich with Custom Insights

Now it’s time to layer in the good stuff:

  1. Select the enrichments that matter to your business—think funding rounds, headcount growth, website traffic, or any of 20+ custom enrichments.

  2. Preview a few rows to confirm everything looks right, or run the enrichment on the full list.

  3. The process only takes a few minutes depending on list size.

Once done, you can explore the enriched data directly in Coherent or export it to use wherever you need—whether that’s your CRM, cold outreach tool, or your next strategy deck.
