How to create your first List on Coherent

Getting started with Coherent is fast and frictionless. Whether you have a list of companies in mind or just exported accounts from another tool, you can build and enrich your first list in just a few steps.

Step 1: Log in to Coherent

Head over to chrnt.cat and log in to your account. If you don’t have one yet, signing up takes just a minute.

Step 2: Load Your Data

You have two ways to create a list:

• Paste company domains: Simply enter one or more company domains into the text box.

• Import a CSV: Upload a supported file—right now we support:

• LinkedIn connections (see how here)

• Apollo.io account exports (guide here)

Once your data is in, Coherent will automatically recognize companies, clean up duplicates, and prepare everything for enrichment.

Step 3: Start Enriching

Now you’re ready to add depth:

• Select the enrichment data you want—like headcount, technographics, funding, and more.

• Preview the first few rows or run the full list.

• Processing takes just a few minutes, depending on list size.

When it’s done, explore your enriched dataset in Coherent or export it wherever you need.
